摘要
城市边缘区在城市化进程中面临诸多问题,如生态环境脆弱、功能布局不合理、管理体制不完善等。文章基于智慧城市理念,研究城市边缘区的规划与管理策略,提出生态优先的绿色空间构建、智慧交通优化、智慧产业转型和智慧治理服务等策略,并以现实案例验证策略可行性。结果表明,智慧城市理念下的规划与管理策略能有效解决城市边缘区问题,促进其可持续发展,为相关研究和实践提供参考。
Urban fringe areas confront issues like fragile ecology,irrational layouts,and imperfect management during urbanization.This paper explores planning and management strategies for these areas under the smart city concept,proposing approaches such as prioritizing ecology in green space construction,optimizing intelligent transportation,transforming intelligent industries,and enhancing smart governance.Verified by real-world cases,the results show that these strategies can effectively address urban fringe issues and promote sustainable development,offering valuable references for relevant research and practice.
