摘要
在物流行业高速发展的时代背景下,如何实现物流产业园区与城市的“产城融合”,需要从城市设计理论和工业建筑特质出发,探讨其关键影响因素。文章以厦门翔安火炬物流园区的设计实践为例,从场地设计、功能设置、流线组织和场景营造四个方面阐述新时代物流工业园区的设计策略,旨在营造工业建筑园区的空间形态序列,体现现代企业形象,并探索物流工业园区产业与城市融合的创新设计模式。
Under the background of rapid development in the logistics industry,achieving"industry-city integration"between logistics industrial parks and urban areas requires exploring key influencing factors from the perspectives of urban design theory and industrial architectural characteristics.Taking the design practice of Xiang'an Torch Logistics Park in Xiamen as an example,this paper elaborates design strategies for new-era logistics industrial parks through four aspects:site planning,functional layout,circulation organization,and scenario creation.The study aims to establish spatial form sequences for industrial architectural complexes,manifest modern corporate identity,and explore innovative design models that facilitate integration between logistics industrial parks and urban development.
