摘要
目前我国远郊工业开发区存在的功能规划缺失、用地控制失灵和商业功能缺陷使其空间结构转型面临许多现实问题,可采用工业社区化的开发模式,通过改善开发区与母城的交流互动、提升开发区中心城区的城市综合功能、构建开发区工业社区网络等措施,推动我国远郊工业开发区的转型。
Defects of functional planning,land use control,commercial functions in suburban industrial development zones have resulted in problems in their spatial transformation.Industrial community development model is recommended for the development zones.Interaction with host city,increasing central district complex functions,and building community network,will enhance industrial development zone transformation.
