新能源场站送出线路自适应电流差动保护 被引量:1

摘要 针对新能源电源接入电网线路使传统电流差动保护的灵敏性下降甚至出现拒动的问题,在分析新能源接入时差动保护灵敏度下降的原因后,提出一种自适应电流差动保护方案:采用两侧暂态电流故障分量的幅值和相位,构造自适应系数和补偿函数,改造所测电流,动态调节制动系数,进而降低制动系数以及运行点远离动作边界,利用送出线路两侧保护安装处监测的故障暂态电流构建自适应保护判据.在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建新能源场站送出线路模型,验证保护方法的有效性.保护方案具有灵敏性高、能适应新能源场站送出线路在不同场景下的保护需求,无需人工现场整定阈值,具有耐受过渡电阻能力强,不受新能源场站容量的影响等优点. Aiming at the problem that the sensitivity of traditional current differential protection decreases or even refuses to move when new energy power is connected to the grid line,an adaptive current differential protection scheme was proposed after analyzing the reasons for the decrease in the sensitivity of new energy differential protection.Based on the amplitude and phase of the fault transient currents components on both sides,the adaptive coefficient and compensation function were constructed,and the measured current was modified,and the braking coefficient was dynamically adjusted to reduce the braking coefficient and the operating point was far away from the action boundary.The adaptive protection criterion was constructed by using the fault transient current monitored at the protection installation on both sides of the transmission line.The transmission line model of new energy station was built in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the effectiveness of the protection method.The proposed protection method has the advantages of high sensitivity,adaptability to the protection requirements of the new energy stations transmission line in different scenarios,no need to manually set the threshold,strong transition resistance,and no influence on the capacity of new energy stations.
