摘要
为实现工况自适应传动齿轮磨损状态监测,设计变速工况下采煤机传动齿轮磨损状态监测技术。设计感应式静电传感器和信号调理单元,用于采集并增强采煤机传动齿轮的磨损静电信号,同时滤除干扰。结合MWLOF自适应模型,提出变速工况下的磨损监测方法,有效监测齿轮磨损。测试结果表明,所提方法的监测结果与实际情况相符,能够区分工况改变带来的静电LOF信号改变与由于故障导致的静电LOF信号上升,具有良好的应用性能。
In order to realize condition adaptive transmission gear wear state monitoring,we design the transmission gear wear state monitoring technology for coal mining machine under variable speed conditions.An inductive electrostatic sensor and a signal conditioning unit are designed to collect and enhance the wear electrostatic signals of the transmission gears of the coal miner,and filter out the interference at the same time.Combined with the MWLOF adaptive model,the wear monitoring method under variable speed conditions is proposed to effectively monitor the gear wear.The test results show that the monitoring results of the method proposed are consistent with the actual situation,and can distinguish between changes in electrostatic LOF signals caused by changes in working conditions and increases in electrostatic LOF signals caused by faults,demonstrating good application performance.
