电气自动化控制系统对发电厂仪表精度的影响

摘要 文章分析了电气自动化控制系统对发电厂仪表精度的影响机理。基于某1000MW超超临界机组的实测数据,通过Hilbert-Huang变换和动态误差传播模型,系统阐述了电磁兼容性问题、信号调理环节失真、控制系统动态特性及环境因素对仪表精度的影响。研究表明,变频器谐波干扰导致相邻测温回路噪声比降低15dB,智能变送器可将精度提升至0.075级,而数字孪生技术实现了92%的误差预测准确率。文章提出了硬件–算法–系统三级优化体系,包括三级滤波设计、改进型Kalman滤波和基于IEEE1588的时钟同步技术,可为智能电厂仪表精度管理提供系统解决方案与技术路径。 This article deeply analyzes the impact mechanism of electrical automation control system on the accuracy of power plant instruments.Based on the measured data of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit,the influence of electromagnetic compatibility issues,signal conditioning distortion,control system dynamic characteristics,and environmental factors on instrument accuracy is systematically explained through Hilbert Huang transformation and dynamic error propagation model.Research has shown that harmonic interference from frequency converters reduces the noise ratio of adjacent temperature measurement circuits by 15dB.Intelligent transmitters can improve accuracy to 0.075 level,while digital twin technology achieves an error prediction accuracy of 92%.The article proposes a three-level optimization system of"hardware algorithm system",including three-level filtering design,improved Kalman filtering,and clock synchronization technology based on IEEE1588,providing a system solution and technical path for precision management of intelligent power plant instruments.
