摘要
教育家精神是立足于中国特色社会主义教育传统而生发出的教育思想,涵盖于习近平总书记关于教育重要论述体系中,服务于新时代师资队伍建设的实践之需。面对建设教育强国的新使命新担当,民办高校踏上了高质量发展的新征程。师资队伍建设应该从教育家精神中汲取精神养料,从坚定教师理想信念、构建专业发展体系、讲好民办教育发展文化故事、以制度改革创新引领发展四个重要角度出发,厚植民办高校教师成长的环境和土壤,培育茁壮成长的良好生态,建好建强高素质教师队伍。
The spirit of educators originates from the educational traditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is an educational philosophy developed based on these traditions and is included in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on education.It serves the practical needs of faculty development in the new era and holds significant practical value for guiding the construction of faculty teams in this context.Faced with the new mission and responsibility of building a powerful education country,private higher education institutions have embarked on a new journey of high-quality development.The construction of the teaching staff should draw spiritual nourishment from the spirit of educators.It should start from four important perspectives:firming up teachers’ideals and beliefs,building a professional development system,telling the cultural story of the development of private education well,and leading development with institutional reform and innovation.It is necessary to cultivate a favorable environment and soil for the growth of teachers in private colleges and universities and foster a good ecological environment for their vigorous growth,so as to build and strengthen a high-quality teaching team.
