摘要
检索中国专利信息中心数据库,以1985年至2011年期间申请的竹木复合结构中国专利为分析样本,对其进行了专利申请趋势、发明专利授权情况、申请地域、申请单位、专利申请技术领域以及专利技术生命周期的定量分析。结果表明:自1996年起竹木复合结构中国专利申请数量呈指数上升趋势,申请人数不断增加,发明专利授权情况波动较大,申请类型主要为实用新型专利和发明专利,申请区域集中在我国主要产竹区,教学科研单位是竹木复合结构研究的主力,专利申请的主要领域为作业运输(B)和固定建筑物(E),2008年后竹木复合结构技术高速发展并有进入成熟期的特征。
Through China Patent Information Center database, the data on the patents on bamboo-wood composite structure which had been applied between 1985 and Dec.31 2011 were retrieved and took as the analysis samples to analyze quantitatively the patent application trend, invention patent's authorization, application region, application organization, the field of patent application technology and patent technology life cycle. The result indicated that the application number of China patent on bamboo-wood composite structure showed exponential increase since 1996, applicants increased in number, invention patent's authorization had a fluctuating trend; utility model patent and invention patent were the main types, application regions were mainly the bamboo production zone, teaching and scientific research organization was the main force studying on bamboo-wood composite structure, operational transportation(B) and fixed building(E) were the main application field. The technology of bamboo-wood composite structure developed quickly and had a characteristic entering maturity stage from 2008.
