摘要
“:双带头人”教师党支部的建设是高职院校党建与业务深度融合的关键因素,直接影响学校的高质量发展。“双带头人”教师党支部建设过程中面临人才选配困难、党建业务脱节、培训引导缺失、支持保障不足、考核指标过多、激励机制不明等六大问题。通过引入“整体性、多样性、稳定性、平衡性与可持续发展”的生态学视域,构建以“一个核心、两条主线、三大工程、四项机制和五种关系”为内涵的“一二三四五”高职院校“双带头人”建设路径与育人模式,构建良性互动的“双带头人”党支部发展生态,为推动基层党组织的可持续发展提供新思路,对推动高职党建的提质升级具有较强的实践意义。
The development of“dual-leader”teacher Party branches is the key to the in-depth integration of Party building and business in higher vocational colleges,which directly affects the high-quality development of the schools.During the construction process of“dual-leadership”teacher Party branches,there are still six major difficulties,such as the difficulty in selecting and appointing talents,the disconnection between Party building and business,the lack of training and guidance,the insufficiency of support and guarantee,the excessive assessment indicators,and the unclear incentive mechanism.By introducing the ecological perspective of“holism,diversity,stability,balance,and sustainable development”,this paper constructs the“One-Two-Three-Four-Five”construction path and education model for“dual-leader”in higher vocational colleges,with the connotation of“one core,two main lines,three major projects,four mechanisms,and five relationships”,aiming to build a positive and interactive development ecosystem for“dual-leader”Party branches.This provides new ideas for promoting the sustainable development of grass-roots Party organizations and has strong practical significance for promoting the quality improvement and upgrading of Party building in higher vocational colleges.
