摘要
为有效彰显党支部书记的“头雁效应”、强化高校教师党支部的政治功能,该文首先梳理“双带头人”教师党支部书记相关研究成果,分析“双带头人”教师党支部书记自身、培育工程存在的问题,然后借鉴前人优秀研究成果,构建“双带头人”岗位胜任力模型。在此基础上,以激发内在动力为重点、提升业务能力为目标,搭建包含教师党支部书记自身、学校党委等多引擎协作配合和共同发力的培育体系,并探讨切实可行的实施策略与方法。研究成果对提升高校基层党建质量、助推高等教育内涵式发展有一定参考借鉴价值。
In order to effectively highlight the "leading goose effect" of the Party branch secretary and strengthen the political functions of teacher’s Party branch in colleges and universities, the paper firstly combs the relevant research results of the Party branch secretary of "double leaders" teachers, analyzes the problems existing in the Party branch secretary and the cultivation project. And then the paper constructs the post competency model of "double leaders" by learning from the previous excellent research results. On this basis, focusing on stimulating internal motivation and improving professional ability,the authors build a training system including multiple engine cooperation and joint efforts of Party branch secretaries themselves and school party committees, and explore practical implementation strategies and methods. The research results have a certain reference value for improving the quality of grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities and promoting the connotative development of higher education.
