摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地东缘LF区块煤系地层地质条件复杂,钻井过程中常面临井漏、井壁垮塌、复杂故障频发、气侵严重、摩阻扭矩大导致水平段延伸困难等难题,严重制约了钻井提速,导致深层煤岩气难以大规模经济开发。文章从煤岩储层特征入手,分析深层煤岩气水平井钻井技术难点并制定针对性措施,攻关形成“防溢漏快钻、防塌除气快钻、水平段延伸”三大技术系列。该技术系列在LF区块进行了应用,钻井提速效果明显,钻井复杂故障率降低了14.1%,单井漏失量减少了65.9%,钻井周期由51.5 d降低至30.1 d,缩短41.6%,煤层段平均机速提高50%,水平段一趟钻比例由36.4%提高至75%,实现了煤岩水平段长2140 m的新突破,创造了国内深层煤岩气水平井水平段一趟钻最高进尺记录,助力建成国内首个2100 m深层煤岩气水平井组。
The geological conditions of the coal-bearing strata in the LF block on the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin are complex.During drilling,challenges such as lost circulation,borehole collapse,frequent complex failures,severe gas kick,high frictional resistance and torque,and difficulties in extending the horizontal section often occur.These issues severely restrict the ROP optimization,making it difficult to economically develop deep coal-rock gas on a large scale.This paper starts with the characteristics of coal-rock reservoirs,analyzes the technical difficulties in drilling deep coal-rock gas horizontal wells,and formulates targeted measures.It has tackled key issues to develop three major technical series:"prevention of kick and leakage for rapid drilling,""prevention of collapse and gas removal for rapid drilling,"and"extension of the horizontal section."This series of technologies has been applied in the LF block,resulting in a obvious ROP optimization,a 14.1%reduction in the rate of complex drilling failures,a 65.9%decrease in single well leakage,and a reduction in the drilling cycle from 51.5 days to 30.1 days,a decrease of 41.6%.The average machine speed in the coal seam section has increased by 50%,and the proportion of single-trip drilling in the horizontal section has increased from 36.4%to 75%.This has achieved a new breakthrough with a horizontal section of coal seams reaching 2,140 m,creating the highest single trip drilling footage record for deep coal-rock gas horizontal wells in China.It has helped to build the country's first 2,100-meter deep coal-rock horizontal well group in the eastern edge of the Ordos Basin.
