摘要
在“双碳”目标下,深部煤层气开发对保障我国能源安全意义重大。鄂尔多斯盆地东缘临兴-神府区块深部煤层气资源丰富,开发潜力巨大,但煤层具有低孔低渗、非均质性强等特点,煤层厚度和含气量变化较大,开发面临诸多挑战,如排采不连续、压裂精细度不足等。文章以鄂尔多斯盆地东缘临兴-神府区块为研究对象,结合区块现场压裂改造实践结果与实验分析资料,对深部煤层高效开发的手段进行梳理,通过开展现场压裂改造实践与实验分析,提出了包括差异化开发策略、压裂工艺优化等系列应对措施,并取得了显著成果,如返排液重复利用技术降低成本,老井筒重复利用技术提高资源利用率。研究明确了地质条件、构造等是产量的主控因素,高排量、合理加砂强度和适度用液强度有利于增产。未来应进一步加强地质研究、优化工艺技术和探索高效排采策略,实现深部煤层气可持续开发,为深部煤层气高效开发提供技术与理论支持。
Under the"Dual Carbon"goals,the development of deep coalbed methane(CBM)is of great significance for ensuring China's energy security.The Linxing-Shenfu block on the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin is rich in deep CBM resources and has enormous development potential.However,the coal seams are characterized by low porosity,low permeability,and strong heterogeneity,with significant variations in coal seam thickness and gas content,posing numerous challenges such as discontinuous drainage and insufficient precision in fracturing.By focusing on the Linxing-Shenfu block on the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin and integrating field fracturing practices and experimental analysis data,the study systematically reviews methods for the efficient development of deep CBM.Through field fracturing practices and experimental analysis,a series of countermeasures are proposed,including differentiated development strategies and fracturing process optimization,which have yielded significant results,such as cost reduction through the reuse of flowback fluids and improved resource utilization through the reuse of old wellbores.The research identifies geological conditions,structural features as the main controlling factors for production.High flow rates,reasonable sand concentration,and appropriate fluid intensity are conducive to production enhancement.In the future,further efforts should be made to strengthen geological research,optimize process technologies,and explore efficient drainage strategies to achieve sustainable development of deep CBM,providing technical and theoretical support for the efficient development of deep CBM.
