摘要
犊牛早期断奶后需使用代乳品替代母乳,传统和进口代乳品主要以乳制品为主来提供乳源性蛋白质。而我国由于乳制品资源紧缺、价格相对高昂等特点,阻碍了代乳品的国产化进程。人类营养研究证实,乳源性蛋白和植物源性蛋白合理搭配,可以形成双蛋白模式。双蛋白之间存在着氨基酸的互补效应,且具有细胞修复功能,能更好地促进犊牛生长发育。文章总结了中国农业科学院饲料研究所反刍动物生理与营养实验室的近20年的研究结果,结合国内外的相关报道,系统总结了犊牛代乳品中的双蛋白营养研究进展,为犊牛精准营养调控提供理论依据。
Milk replacer is always used to replace milk after early weaning in calves. The most lacto- genic protein in traditional and imported milk replacer is derived from dairy products. However, the domestic milk products are rare and expensive, which prevents the milk replacer development in China. Research in human nutrition proved that suitable ratio of plant protein to lactogenie protein can form double protein pattern which has complementary effect of amino acids for calves. In addition, it also has the function in repairing cells. In order to provide evidences for precisely feeding of calves, according to relevant reports at home and abroad, this manuscript summarizes the results of the Laboratory of Ruminant Physiology and Nutrition, Feed Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the last two decades which is focusing on the advances in double protein nutrition in milk replacer.
