摘要
该文设计一种基于三维检测技术的汽车冲压件尺寸自动测量系统。首先,对汽车冲压件的特点和尺寸测量的需求进行深入分析,确定系统设计的基本要求。其次,针对汽车冲压件尺寸自动测量系统的设计,提出相应的硬件配置和软件算法,并进行系统框架的设计。然后,结合三维检测技术和图像处理技术,实现对汽车冲压件尺寸的自动检测和测量。最后,通过实验验证系统的准确性和稳定性。结果表明,基于三维检测技术的汽车冲压件尺寸自动测量系统具有高度的精度和稳定性,能够快速准确地完成尺寸测量,同时对于复杂形状的冲压件也具有良好的适应性。
This paper designs an automatic dimension measurement system for vehicle stamping parts based on 3D detection technology.First,an in depth analysis is made on the part's features and measurement requirements,which defines the basic system design requirements.Second,for the automatic dimension measurement system design,corresponding hardware and software are proposed,and the framework is designed.Then,combining 3D detection and image processing technologies to realize automatic dimension detection and measurement.Finally,experiments verify the system's accuracy and stability.Results show the system has high precision and stability,can quickly and accurately measures dimensions,and adapts well to complex-shaped stamping parts.
