摘要
党的二十大报告指出,要增强党组织政治功能和组织功能,把基层党组织建设成为有效实现党的领导的坚强战斗堡垒。农业科研单位的创新团队是基层党组织建设的主要承担者。基层党建如何引领创新团队建设,更好发挥团队在科技创新、成果转化等方面的作用,支撑乡村全面振兴,是当前农业科研单位长期面临的问题。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,全面分析当前基层党组织引领团队建设的现状、存在的问题,从思想引领、组织赋能、场景联动等方面提出了基层党建引领创新团队建设的新范式,以期为农业科研院所基层党建工作提供参考。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to enhance the political and organizational functions of Party organizations and build grassroots Party organizations into strong and resilient battlefortresses for effectively realizing the Party′s leadership.Innovation teams in agricultural research institutions are the main carriers of grassroots Party organization construction.How grassroots Party building can lead the construction of innovation teams,better play the role of teams in scientific and technological innovation,achievement transformation,and other aspects,and support the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,is a longterm issue currently faced by agricultural research institutions.This article took Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,comprehensively analyzed the current status and existing problems of grassroots Party organizations leading team construction,and proposed a new paradigm for grassroots Party organizations leading innovation team construction from aspects such as ideological guidance,organizational empowerment,and scenario linkage,aiming to provide references for the grassroots Party building work in agricultural research institutes.
