视黄醇结合蛋白4与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的相关性

摘要 2型糖尿病患病率急剧上升,给公共卫生服务带来了巨大的社会和经济负担.缺乏明确的早期预测生物标志物可能限制2型糖尿病早期筛查与预防策略的实施.因此,结合2型糖尿病的患病机制,寻找准确、便捷的生物标志物,是预防以及早期治疗2型糖尿病的关键.视黄醇结合蛋白4与胰岛素抵抗状态以及2型糖尿病有关,或许可以作为早期预测2型糖尿病的指标.本文综述了视黄醇结合蛋白4与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗机制的相关性,以期为2型糖尿病的早期预测提供参考. The dramatic rise in the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus is placing a huge social and economic burden on public health services.The lack of exact early predictive biomarkers may limit the implementation of early screening and prevention strategies for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Therefore,based on the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus,identifying accurate and convenient biomarkers is key to the prevention and early treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Retinol-binding protein-4 is associated with insulin resistance,type 2 diabetes mellitus and other diseases,and may be used as an early predictor of type 2 diabetes mellitus.This article reviewed the relationship between retinol-binding protein-4 and insulin resistance mechanism in type 2 diabetes mellitus,in order to provide reference for the early prediction of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
