摘要
双心疾病是基于“心脏-心理”,将心血管系统疾病伴发焦虑、抑郁、失眠等症状共论的一类疾病,其症状繁多,病机复杂。孙光荣教授认为双心疾病的病机以气血失和为基础,痰瘀互结为关键。孙教授首倡“中和”学术思想,善用“三联药组”,针对双心疾病患者,以调补气血为先,辨证予以化痰、祛瘀之法,临床疗效颇佳。附验案2则以佐证。
With diverse symptoms and complex pathogenesis,psycho-cardiac disease(PCD)is a disease of cardiovascular system complicated with anxiety,depression,insomnia and other symptoms.Professor SUN Guangrong believes that the pathogenesis of PCD lies in the disharmony of qi and blood,and the core is phlegm combined with blood stasis.Professor SUN advocates the academic thought of"Harmony"and makes a good use of the"triplet medicinals".He maintains that in treating PCD,qi and blood should be regulated and tonified first for patients;meanwhile phlegm and blood stasis should be resolved and removed based on syndrome differentiation,which has achieved desired clinical effects.Two medical cases are also attached as supporting evidence.
