摘要
目的观察股内侧肌斜束肌力(VMO)训练联合推拿手法治疗青少年髌骨外侧高压综合征(ELPS)的临床疗效。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月江苏省中医院收治的56例ELPS青少年患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各28例。对照组采用塞来昔布并行简单支具固定治疗,治疗组采用VMO训练联合推拿手法并行简单支具固定治疗。比较两组的疼痛程度、关节功能及骨髓水肿情况。结果治疗2、4、6周后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组Lysholm功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,治疗组骨髓水肿面积为(53.16±35.48)mm^(2),小于对照组的(54.91±44.06)mm^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VMO训练联合推拿手法治疗能够有效缓解青少年ELPS患者的疼痛,改善患者膝关节功能及骨髓水肿情况。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of vastus medialis oblique muscle(VMO)training combined with massage manipulation on the adolescent patients with excess lateral pressure syndrome(ELPS).Methods A total of 56 adolescent patients with ELPS admitted to Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib and simple brace fixation,and the treatment group was treated with VMO training combined with massage manipulation and simple brace fixation.The pain degree,joint function and bone marrow edema were compared between the two groups.Results After 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in pain Visual Analogue Scale between the two groups(P>0.05);the Lysholm score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the area of bone marrow edema in the treatment group was(53.16±35.48)mm^(2),which was smaller than(54.91±44.06)mm^(2) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VMO training combined with massage manipulation can effectively relieve the pain of adolescent patients with ELPS,improve the knee joint function and bone marrow edema.
