摘要
该文从职业生涯管理视角出发,剖析民办高校俄语教师科研能力存在的不足;基于教师科研能力与职业生涯管理的内在联系,提出增强科研意识、提升规划能力、营造科研氛围、完善激励机制、整合科研资源、强化团队建设及加强对外交流合作等路径,旨在全面提升民办高校俄语教师的科研能力,推动俄语学科的建设与发展,彰显俄语教育的独特价值和深远意义。
From the perspective of career management,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of Russian teachers'research ability in private colleges and universities.Based on the intrinsic connection between teachers'scientific research ability and career management,the paper proposes the paths of enhancing scientific research awareness,improving planning ability,creating a scientific research atmosphere,perfecting incentive mechanism,integrating scientific research resources,strengthening team building,and strengthening external exchanges and cooperation,aiming at comprehensively improving the scientific research ability of Russian language teachers in private colleges and universities,promoting the construction and development of the discipline of Russian,and highlighting the unique value and far-reaching significance of Russian language education in the contemporary society.The aim is to comprehensively improve the scientific research ability of Russian language teachers in private colleges and universities,promote the construction and development of the Russian language discipline,and highlight the unique value and profound significance of Russian language education in contemporary society.
