摘要
随着国民经济的发展以及市场对能源需求的增长,对储罐的需求量日益增加,在石油和化工行业,储罐被广泛应用于原油、石油产品、化学品等物质的储存。储罐施工各阶段存在不同的安全风险,储罐施工过程中出现的事故案例比比皆是,储罐防腐施工过程中的安全风险尤为突出,人们对储罐施工现场的安全管理工作也提出了更高的要求。开展储罐防腐施工安全风险识别及防范措施的探讨对于优质高效安全地完成储罐施工具有重要意义。从10万m^(3)双盘式钢制外浮顶储罐防腐施工现场的安全管理出发,对储罐防腐施工安全管理的内容进行深入探讨,就现阶段储罐防腐施工过程中存在的安全风险提出了针对性的控制措施。
With the development of the national economy and the growth of the market demand for energy,the demand for storage tanks is also increasing,especially in the petroleum and chemical industry,storage tanks are widely used in the storage of crude oil,petroleum products,chemicals and other substances.There are different security risks in dfferent stages of storage tank construction,and there are many accident cases in the process of storage tank construction.The security risk in the process of storage tank anti-corrosion construction is higher,and people also put forward more expectations and requirements for the safety management of storage tank construction site.It is of great significance to carry out security risk identification and prevention measures of storage tank anti-corrosion construction for the completion of high-quality,efficient and safe storage tank construction.This paper starts from the safety management of the anti-corrosion construction site of one hundred thousand cubic meters double steel external floating roof storage tank,the content of safety management of storage tank anti-corrosion construction is deeply discussed,the relevant control measures are put forward for the security risk existing in the process of storage tank anti-corrosion construction at this stage.
