摘要
针对高压泵双端面机械密封外侧密封端面结焦导致频繁泄漏的问题展开深入研究。首先介绍了高压泵在工业生产中的重要地位以及双端面机械密封的工作原理与结构特点。通过对结焦现象的详细观察与分析,探讨了结焦产生的原因,包括介质特性、温度压力条件、密封端面运行状态等因素。进一步研究了结焦对密封性能的影响机制,如破坏密封面平整度、增加摩擦阻力等。基于上述分析,提出了一系列针对性的预防与解决措施,包括优化工艺操作条件、改进密封结构设计、采用合适的冲洗液等措施。通过实际案例验证了这些措施的有效性,为解决高压泵双端面机械密封外侧密封端面结焦泄漏问题提供了理论依据与实践参考,对保障高压泵的稳定运行、提高工业生产效率具有重要意义。
This study conducts an in-depth investigation into the frequent leakage caused by coking on the outer sealing surface of a double mechanical seal in a high-pressure pump.First,the critical role of high-pressure pumps in industrial production and the working principles and structural characteristics of double mechanical seals are introduced.Through detailed observation and analysis of the coking phenomenon,the causes of coking are explored,including medium properties,temperature and pressure conditions,and the operational state of the sealing surface.Furthermore,the mechanisms by which coking affects sealing performancesuch as disrupting surface flatness and increasing frictional resistanceare examined.Based on the analysis,a series of targeted preventive and corrective measures are proposed,including optimizing process operating conditions,improving seal structural design,and selecting appropriate flushing fluids.The effectiveness of these measures is validated through practical case studies,providing theoretical and practical references for addressing coking-induced leakage issues in the outer sealing surface of high-pressure pump double mechanical seals.This research is of significant importance for ensuring the stable operation of high-pressure pumps and enhancing industrial production efficiency.
