摘要
聚丙烯装置丙烯进料泵因密封频繁泄漏而失效 ,通过对其机械密封端面比压的核算与分析 ,及对其机械密封动环材料及结构的分析找到了密封失效的原因 ,并对其进行改造 。
The propene feed pump in polypropylene unit failed caused by frequent seal leakage.By mean of checking on its mechanical seal end face specific pressure and analysis,and analyses on its mechanical seal rotating ring material and structure,the reason of seal failure was found.The improvement was carried out.The problem was solved.
