摘要
近年来,高校化学实验室安全事故时有发生。文章通过“戴明循环”法,将实验室安全视作产品质量,从人员、设备、材料、方法和环境五个维度深入分析事故原因。研究发现,尽管实验人员的安全意识有所提高,但专业知识和技能不足仍是主要的事故诱因之一。因此,文章从提升人员素养、实施设备全周期管理、明确试剂管理规范、构建完善的科研实验室管理方法、优化实验环境以及建立持续监管和整改机制几个方面进行改进,用以迭代优化事故预防策略。
In recent years,safety incidents in university chemistry laboratories have occurred from time to time.This paper adopts the“Deming Cycle”approach,treating laboratory safety as product quality,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the causes of accidents from five dimensions:personnel,equipment,materials,methods,and environment.This paper finds that although the safety awareness of experimenters has improved,insufficient professional knowledge and skills remain one of the main causes of accidents.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve the accident prevention strategy from the aspects of improving personnel literacy,implementing equipment whole-cycle management,clarifying reagent management norms,building sound scientific research laboratory management methods,optimizing the experimental environment,and establishing continuous supervision and rectification mechanisms.
