摘要
土壤重金属污染监测对环境保护和人类健康至关重要。本文对土壤重金属监测的前处理方法、测定方法和形态分析的三个方面研究进展进行了深入分析。不同前处理方法对后期测定的准确性影响、不同重金属的前处理差异,不同测定方法在准确性、效率和适用性上差异等的分析表明选择有效的前处理方法和测定方法有利于提高检测准确性、减少干扰、保护设备、保护环境;在形态分析方面,本文探讨了利用化学试剂分离和仪器设备检测不同形态重金属的方法,以精准评估其环境风险和生物有效性。本文可为土壤重金属污染监测提供技术支持,助力环境保护和污染治理。
Monitoring of soil heavy metal pollution is very important for environmental protection and human health.In this paper,the research progress of pretreatment methods,deter-mination methods and speciation analysis of soil heavy metals monitoring was deeply analyzed.The analysis of the influence of different pretreatment methods on the accuracy of later determina-tion,the difference of pretreatment of different heavy metals and the difference of accuracy,efficiency and applicability of different determination methods shows that choosing effective pretreatment methods and determination methods is beneficial to improve the accuracy of detec-tion,reduce interference,protect equipment and protect the environment;In the aspect of specia-tion analysis,this paper discusses the methods of using chemical reagents to separate and instru-ments to detect different forms of heavy metals,so as to accurately evaluate their environmental risks and bioavailability.This paper can provide technical support for soil heavy metal pollution monitoring and help environmental protection and pollution control.
