摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,企业在市场竞争中将面对各种各样的风险。如何加强内部风险防控并建设内控风险管理信息系统,是企业亟待解决的问题。信息技术的快速发展推动了ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)系统的广泛应用,使其能够实现业务流程的全面管理和信息的实时共享。某大型能源企业选取了GRC(Governance Riskand Compliance)作为ERP系统内控风险管理工具,并创新性地将自动化监控功能应用到内控风险管理中,实现企业业务运营中潜在风险的自动监控和决策支持,助力企业在现代企业风险管理中走在前列。
As economic globalization advances,enterprises encounter a variety of risks in market competition.Strengthening internal risk prevention and control,as well as establishing an effective risk-based internal con-trol information system,has become an urgent challenge for enterprises.The revolution in information technol-ogy has facilitated the widespread adoption of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)systems,enabling compre-hensive management of business processes and real-time information sharing.By selecting GRC(Governance,Risk,and Compliance)as the risk-based internal control tool within the ERP system and innovatively imple-menting automated monitoring functions,this study provides a large energy enterprise with automatic monitor-ing of potential risks and decision-making support in business operations,positioning it as a leader in mod-ern enterprise risk management.
