摘要
结合作者的项目实践,讨论了自动化信息化系统建设中的风险管理,主要包括风险计划的制定、风险识别、风险的定性和定量分析、风险应对计划的制定以及风险的监控。针对该项目识别的主要风险:环境风险、需求风险和工期风险等,提出相应的风险应对措施。最后总结了该项目在风险管理上的不足和完善之处。
This paper discusses the automated information system construction risk management,including risk program de- velopment,risk identification,qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,development and monitoring of risks risk response plan. The main risk for this project identified：environmental risk,demand risk and schedule risk,propose appropriate risk responses. This paper concludes the deficiencies and improve the place of the project on risk management.
