摘要
在“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标下,发展新质生产力与绿色生产力,离不开绿色人才的培养。文章以“双碳”目标下高职院校培养绿色人才作为导向,从市场的供给侧和需求侧厘清高职院校培养绿色人才的现状,通过问卷调查总结乐山市高职院校在培养绿色人才方面的问题,提出培养绿色人才的路径。
Under the goals of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,the development of new quality productive forces and green productive forces can’t be separated from cultivation of green talents.This article takes the cultivation of green talents in vocational colleges under“dual carbon”goals as the orientation,clarifies the current of vocational colleges in cultivating green talents from the supply side and demand side of the market,summarizes the problems encountered in the cultivation of green talents in vocational colleges in Leshan through questionnaire surveys,and proposes the path for vocational colleges to cultivate green talents.
