摘要
学术期刊中同行评议的审稿人至关重要,在信息爆炸时代,传统审稿人遴选方式暴露出诸多问题,使得智能遴选审稿人成为必然趋势。文章调查了中国学术期刊智能遴选审稿人现状,包括应用程度、数据基础与资源利用、技术应用与功能实现、认知与接受程度等方面;分析了当前智能遴选审稿人存在的问题及成因,问卷调查从作者和编辑角度探讨需求,并给出了相应的对策,旨在加快我国学术期刊发展的数字化、智能化进程。
Peer reviewers play a pivotal role in academic journals.In the era of information explosion,traditional reviewer selection methods have exposed significant limitations,necessitating the advancement of intelligent reviewer selection systems.This paper investigates the current status of intelligent reviewer selection in Chinese academic journals,encompassing application levels,data infrastructure and resource utilization,technical applications and functional implementations,as well as stakeholder cognition and acceptance16.It further analyzes existing challenges and their root causes,explores demands from both authors’and editors’perspectives through surveys,and proposes corresponding strategies to accelerate the digital and intelligent transformation of China’s academic publishing ecosystem34.
