应用型高校本科生创新能力提升路径研究

Research on pathways to enhance innovative capacity of undergraduates in applied universities

摘要 培养具备创新能力的复合型、应用型人才成为地方应用型高校本科教育的重要目标。文章立足学校、学院、教师和学生多个视角,构建校地企内外联动、政师生上下互通的创新能力培养的逻辑体系,针对当前高校在“创新应用”教育中存在的政策保障与资源整合不足、课程体系与社会需要脱节、创新导向与能力短板并存、参与动力与成果转化受限的现实问题,提出促进本科生创新能力提升的对策建议,为建设特色鲜明一流创新的应用型高校提供借鉴参考。 Cultivating versatile and applied talents with innovative abilities has become an important goal of undergraduate education in local applied universities.The article is based on multiple perspectives of schools,colleges,teachers,and students,and constructs a logical system for cultivating innovative capabilities through the linkage between schools,local enterprises,and internal and external communication,as well as the interconnection between government,teachers,and students.In response to the current problems in“innovative application”education in universities,such as insufficient policy guarantees and resource integration,disconnection between curriculum systems and social needs,coexistence of innovation orientation and ability shortcomings,and limited participation motivation and achievement transformation,the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the improvement of undergraduate innovation capabilities,providing reference for the construction of a distinctive and first-class innovative application-oriented university.
