摘要
目的探讨角色扮演联合PBL在医学留学生实验诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至6月于北京大学民航临床医学院参加临床实习的22名医学留学生作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各11名。对照组采用传统PBL教学,实验组采用巴林特小组角色扮演结合PBL教学,比较两组教学效果和教学满意度。结果两组留学生基线的杰弗逊量表和情绪智力量表自我评分、教师对学生的评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。参加巴林特小组角色扮演2个月后,实验组的负性情绪、学习主动性、医学知识技能、共情能力、医患沟通能力、人文素质6个维度的教师教学评分均高于培训前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的PBL教学和实习操作考核26.39±1.33分,高于对照组24.45±2.53分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演联合PBL在提高医学留学生实验诊断学教学中具有显著成效。
Objective To explore the application effect of role-playing combined with PBL in the teaching program of experimental diagnostics for medical international students.Methods The research was conducted among 22 international medical students who participated in clinical practice at the Civil Aviation Clinical Medical College of Peking University from April to June,2023.These students were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,with 11 students in each group.The control group received traditional PBL teaching program,while the experimental group received Balint group role-play combined with PBL teaching program.The study compared the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the baseline Jefferson Scale,emotional intelligence scale self-score,and teacher’s score of students(P>0.05).Two months after Balint’s group role-play,the teaching scores of six dimensions,namely negative emotion,learning initiative,medical knowledge and skills,empathy ability,doctor-patient communication ability,and humanistic quality,in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training and the control group(P<0.05).The PBL teaching and practice operation examination score of the experimental group(26.39±1.33 points)was significantly higher than that of the control group(24.45±2.53 points)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of role-playing and PBL has shown significant effectiveness in improving the teaching of experimental diagnostics for international students.
