摘要
目的探索实验视频联合案例教学(CBL)的双轨教学模式在中医专业本科生实验诊断学见习课程中的实施路径及有效性,为高等中医药院校实践教学改革提供参考依据。方法以48名2021级临床中医专业本科生为研究对象,应用基于实验视频-CBL双轨教学模式进行见习教学,课后采用调查问卷及课堂测试方式评价教学效果。结果92.86%的学生对创新授课形式表示高度认同,90.48%的学生反馈理解了70%以上的授课内容,达到了预期的学习目标。结论基于实验视频-CBL双轨教学模式能够激发学生的学习动机,提高自主性,进而提升教学质量。
Objective To explore the implementation strategy and effectiveness of a dual-track teaching model combining experimental videos and case-based learning(CBL)in the clinical laboratory diagnostics clerkship for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)undergraduates,so as to provide a useful reference for practical teaching reform in high-level TCM education program.Methods This study included 48 undergraduate students from the Class of 2021 majoring in Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine.A dual-track teaching model combining experimental videos and Case-Based Learning(CBL)was applied during clinical clerkship training.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated through post-class questionnaires and in-class assessments.Results A total of 92.86%of the students expressed strong approval for the innovative teaching format,while 90.48%reported comprehending over 70%of the instructional content,achieving the anticipated learning objectives.Conclusion The experimental video-CBL dual-track teaching model can effectively enhance students’learning motivation,foster autonomous learning process,and improve overall teaching quality.
