摘要
血气分析是临床上用于评估血液中气体分压和酸碱平衡常用的诊断工具,使临床医生能够更好地理解和解释患者的呼吸、代谢和循环相关情况。近年来,立体化教材模块式教学方法是教育信息化环境下改革发展的一个方向,使用立体化教材,将网络学习平台、多媒体技术与混合式教学方法集合到一起。文章针对目前血气分析在检验医师教学中的不足提出了解决方案,以探索设计更合理、更完善的综合培训系统,从而加强临床分析技能,为今后培养检验科临床医师打下坚实基础。
The blood gas analysis is the primary tool in the analysis of gas pressure and acid-base disorders,which is important for a better understanding of respiratory,metabolic and circulatory processes in patients.Recently,modular teaching in three-dimensional teaching materials appears as a new direction of reform and development under the education information environment and using three-dimensional teaching materials,multimedia technology and mixed teaching methods together.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current blood gas analysis in the teaching program of laboratory physicians,this paper highlights the potential solution to explore and design a more reasonable and comprehensive training system,and increase the clinical competence of laboratory physicians.
