摘要
随着检验医学的快速发展,为临床诊疗提供的信息占比越来越重,临床对于检验科提供的实验室检测信息愈加依赖。这也对新时代的检验医师在检验知识水平、临床思维能力、科研素养提出了更高的要求,而通过临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生的培养是成为新时代检验医师的一个重要路径。专业学位硕士研究生具有硕士研究生和住院医师双重身份,目前缺乏新型教学方式的应用研究,对此本研究旨在探讨基于岗位胜任力的多模态教学在临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生教学中的应用价值和意义。本研究针对临床专业学生检验知识薄弱、如何持续接受临床思维培训、教师单向灌输的教学方式、科研训练压力大等教学难点,以岗位胜任力为核心,融入OBE理念,构建多模态教学体系,包括LBL、分层次递进教学、CBL、情景模拟、PBL、以学生为中心的科研训练等教学模式,应用于理论教学、技能训练、疑难病例讨论、教学阅片、临床巡诊、临床联络沟通、科研训练等场景中。通过此方法,我们培养并提升了学生的自主学习能力、专业知识、临床思维能力、科研创新水平,由此达到了良好的教学效果,充分体现了以学生为中心、以临床需求为导向的办学宗旨。
With the rapid development of laboratory medicine,the proportion of information provided for clinical diagnosis and treatment is becoming increasingly abundant,and clinical practice is getting more relying on laboratory testing information provided by the Department of Clinical Laboratory.This newly developed trend also puts forward higher requirements for clinical pathologists in the new era with the higher level of laboratory knowledge and clinical thinking ability,scientific research accomplishment.The postgraduate education in clinical laboratory diagnostics is an important path for clinical pathologists.Postgraduate students have dual identities as both students and resident physicians.Currently,there is a lack of research on the application of new teaching methods,and this article aims to explore the value and significance of multi-modal teaching based on job competency in the postgraduate education in clinical laboratory diagnostics.We focus on the teaching difficulties such as students’weak knowledge of laboratory,how to continuously receive clinical thinking training,the one-way teaching method of teachers,and high pressure of scientific research training.With job competency as the core and the OBE concept integrated,a multi-modal teaching system is constructed,including LBL,hierarchical progressive teaching,CBL,scenario simulation,PBL and the student-centered research training,which is applied in scenarios such as theoretical teaching,skill training,difficult case discussion,teaching videos,clinical patrol,clinical liaison and scientific research training.Through this method,we have successfully cultivated and enhanced students’self-learning ability,professional knowledge,clinical thinking ability,and scientific research innovation level,thereby achieving good teaching results and fully reflecting the educational purpose for a student-centered and clinical demand-oriented goal.
