摘要
为探索不同套种模式对紫斑牡丹根际土壤化学性质和真菌群落结构的影响,以紫斑牡丹套种胡麻(HM)、蚕豆(CD)为研究对象,未做套种为对照(CK),对不同套种模式下紫斑牡丹根际土壤化学性质、酶活性、真菌群落特征及其之间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:在HM、CD套种模式下,紫斑牡丹根际土壤碱解氮(HN)含量,与CK有显著差异(P<0.05)。HM套种模式下的土壤速效磷(AP)含量,CD套种模式下土壤有机质(SOM)含量和纤维素酶(CL)活性均为最高。在HM、CD套种模式下,紫斑牡丹根际土壤真菌多样性的ACE指数显著高于CK(P<0.05)。门分类水平上,子囊菌门、担子菌门较其他真菌门相对丰度高;属水平上,在CD套种模式下,帽形伞属相对丰度最高,在HM套种模式下,黏滑菇属相对丰度最高。从土壤真菌群落功能分类来看,腐生营养型的相对丰度最高。Spearman相关性分析显示,SOM含量及CL、CAT活性与不同套种模式下根际土壤真菌群落相关性均较高。套种胡麻、蚕豆均能改善紫斑牡丹根际土壤真菌群落结构,丰富群落多样性,提高土壤养分综合肥力,并以CD套种模式最优。
This study aims to explore the effects of different intercropping patterns on the chemical properties and fungal community structure in the rhizosphere soil of Paeonia rockii.The chemical properties,enzyme activities,and fungal community characteristics in rhizosphere soil and their correlations under different intercropping patterns including Paeonia rockii monoculture(CK),Paeonia rockii with broad bean(CD),and Paeonia rockii with flax(HM)were analyzed.The results indicated that under HM and CD patterns,the hydrolyzable nitrogen(HN)content in the rhizosphere soil of Paeonia rockii showed significant differences compared to CK(P<0.05).The available phosphorus(AP)content under the HM pattern,as well as the soil organic matter(SOM)content and cellulase(CL)activity under the CD pattern,were the highest.The fungal diversity(ACE index)in the rhizosphere soil of CD and HM patterns was higher than that of CK(P<0.05).At the phylum level,Basidiomycota and Ascomycota were dominant across all patterns.At the genus level,Calyptella had higher relative abundance under the CD pattern,while Hebeloma had higher relative abundance under the HM pattern.Functional classification of soil fungi showed that saprophytes had the highest relative abundance.Spearman correlation analysis revealed that SOM content and CL and catalase(CAT)activities had the highest correlations with rhizosphere soil fungal communities under different intercropping patterns.In conclusion,intercropping with flax and faba beans can both improve the fungal community structure in the rhizosphere soil of Paeonia rockii,increase fungal diversity,and enhance soil nutrient fertility,with the CD pattern demonstrating better performance.
