摘要
目的:通过构建并实践基于“任务驱动型”模式的模拟医学师资培训课程,分析实施效果,加强模拟医学师资队伍建设。方法:选取师资培训班学员为研究对象,实施“任务驱动型”模拟医学师资培训课程体系,从基本信息、自我满意度、课程满意度、导师满意度等方面对学员开展满意度调查,了解课程体系实施效果。采用SPSS 22.0进行描述性统计分析。结果:模拟医学师资培训以团队任务为导向;学员涵盖内外妇儿等专业,80.0%的学员带教模拟课程≦2次/年;学员自我满意度、课程满意度、导师满意度分别为4.39、4.63、4.82。结论:基于“任务驱动型”的模拟医学师资培训,坚持以目标为基础,以“任务”为导向,以“学习小组”为主体,提高模拟医学导师的教学能力与积极性,是加强模拟师资队伍建设的有效途径。
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of simulated medical teacher training based on task driven model,and strengthen the construction of simulated medical teacher team.Methods Students were selected from teacher training course as research subjects to implement simulated medical teacher training based on task driven model.And satisfaction surveys were conducted on them from basic information,self satisfaction,course satisfaction,mentor satisfaction.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.Results Simulated medical teacher training was guided by team tasks.The students covered majors such as internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,and pediatrics.80.0%of which had simulation courses≤2 times per year.The satisfaction rate for students,courses,and mentors was 4.39,4.63,and 4.82,respectively.Conclusion Simulation medicine teacher training,based on task driven,adheres to the goal based approach,task oriented approach,and learning groups as the main body can improve the teaching ability and enthusiasm of simulated medical instructors,which is an effective way to strengthen the construction of simulated teaching staff.
