摘要
近年来,国内外众多著名高校已开设分子模拟相关课程。然而,分子模拟知识概念大多较为抽象,理论性强,学生很难直观地认识和理解。本文将VMD软件引入分子模拟课程教学中,通过对微结构可视化及后处理分析,在激发学生学习兴趣的同时加深对分子模拟方法的理解和应用实践,培养学生从分子角度本质出发分析问题的思维。VMD软件的引入可以实现教学过程中趣味性和知识性的有机结合,有效改善课堂教学效果。
However,the majority of the knowledge and concepts associated with molecular simulation are abstract and theoretical in nature,which presents a significant challenge for students in terms of recognizing and understanding these concepts intuitively.This paper introduces the use of VMD software in the teaching of molecular simulation courses.The software is employed for the visualization and post-processing analysis of micro-structures,with the objective of deepening the understanding and application of molecular simulation methods,stimulating students'interest in learning,and cultivating their ability to analyze problems from the essential molecular level.The introduction of VMD software facilitates an organic combination of fun and knowledge in the teaching process,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
