摘要
我国已成为世界最大的乙烯生产国和消费国。近年来,我国乙烯产能和自给率水平持续提升,乙烯产能增长速度快于消费增长速度,但乙烯下游消费领域出现分化。为提高我国乙烯行业的竞争力,实现高质量发展,应在五个方面发力:一是推动全产业链多元化发展、分散市场风险;二是努力实现产品高端化发展、提高产品附加值;三是提升新建装置规模、实现规模经济效益;四是促进乙烯原料轻质化、提升盈利水平;五是降低碳排放水平、实现产能增长与节能降碳协同。
China is the largest producer and consumption country all over the world.Recently,China's capacity and self-supply level of ethylene increases steadily,which caused the faster growth of capacity than consumption expand.The downstream differentiation of ethylene emerges which increase the competition pressure.In order to enhance the competitiveness of China's ethylene industry,there are five aspects need to be concerned,including 1)promoting the diversification to spread the risks,2)upgrading the production level to increase the additional value,3)expanding the new construction facilities',capacity to realize the economic benefits,4)lightening the ethylene raw materials to improve the profit level,and 5)decreasing the carbon emission level to achieve the synergy between capacity expansion with energy saving and low carbon production.
