精密铸造不锈钢铸件的免固溶处理技术应用研究

Application of Solution-free Treatment Technology for Stainless Steel Castings

摘要 奥氏体不锈钢铸件的高温固溶处理能耗高、周期长,提高了铸件的生产成本。在熔炼后期加入少量添加剂,通过添加剂中的微量元素去细化晶粒、改善碳化物分布甚至抑制碳化物析出,达到不需要进行高温固溶处理(即免固溶处理)即可得到与固溶处理几乎相同的力学性能,其抗晶间腐蚀能力更高。结果表明,免固溶处理的不锈钢或合金钢的抗拉强度比传统工艺提高了10%~15%,铸件的含氧量在传统工艺基础上进一步降低了10%~20%,且具有脱氢效果。 The high-temperature solution treatment of austenitic stainless steel castings requires high energy consump⁃tion and long processing cycles,which significantly raises the production costs.A small amount of additives was added during the later stage of smelting.The trace elements in the additives can refine the grain structure,improve the distri⁃bution of carbides,and even inhibit carbide precipitation,eliminating the need for high-temperature solution treatment and achieving nearly identical mechanical properties to those obtained through solution treatment,with desirable resis⁃tance to intergranular corrosion.The results indicate that the tensile strength of stainless steel or alloy steel with solution-free treatment is 10%~15%higher than those of ones by conventional methods,while oxygen content is reduced by 10%~20%.Additionally,the treatment demonstrates a dehydrogenation effect.
