国内外W6Mo5Cr4V2材料对比研究

Comparative Study of W6Mo5Cr4V2 Steel at Home and Abroad

摘要 对国内生产的W6Mo5Cr4V2钢与国外生产的SKH-9钢进行了系统的对比分析,旨在揭示两种钢材在化学成分、碳化物分布特性以及热处理性能上的差异,并为优化钨钼系高速钢的生产工艺提供理论支撑。研究结果表明,W6Mo5Cr4V2钢与SKH-9钢的化学成分基本一致,但W6Mo5Cr4V2钢的P含量较低,有利于提升材料的韧性;同时,其较高的W含量增强了材料的耐磨性能。两种钢材的大颗粒碳化物和共晶碳化物分布均较为均匀,但通过优化冶炼和加工工艺可进一步改善碳化物形态,从而提升材料的综合性能。此外,经相同热处理工艺处理后,两种钢材的淬回火硬度均大于65 HRC,满足高速工具钢的标准要求。研究可为优化W6Mo5Cr4V2钢的生产工艺及提升其应用性能提供科学依据。 A systematic comparative analysis was conducted on W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel produced by domestically and SKH-9 steel manufactured abroad,aiming to reveal the differences between the two steels in chemical composition,carbide distribution and heat treatment performance,and to provide theoretical support for optimizing the production process of tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel.The research results indicated that the chemical composition of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel was basically the same as that of SKH-9 steel.However,the P content of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel was lower,which was beneficial to improve the toughness of the material.At the same time,its higher W content enhanced the wear resistance of the material.The distribution of large particle carbides and eutectic carbides in both steels was relatively uniform,but optimizing smelting and processing techniques,might further improve the morphology of carbides,thereby enhancing the comprehensive performance of the material.Additionally,after the same heat treatment process,quenching-tempering hardness of both steels were above 65 HRC,meeting the standards requirements of high-speed tool steels.This study provides a scientific insights for optimizing the production process of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel and improving the application performance.
