发电机转子绕组匝间短路异常分析及处理 被引量:2

Analysis and Handling of Abnormal Turn-to-turn Short Circuit in Generator Rotor Winding

摘要 某发电公司2号发电机C修期间发现转子绕组存在匝间短路异常,在转子直阻试验、转子交流阻抗及功率损耗试验数据合格情况下,采用重复脉冲法(RSO)试验,判断转子绕组存在和轴体角度有关的不稳定匝间短路异常。抽出转子在现场解体后,发现匝间短路异常位置与RSO试验结果相同,验证了相比于其他判断方法,RSO试验灵敏度高,方便快捷,可有效诊断转子绕组不稳定匝间短路异常。 During the C repair of No.2 generator of a power generation company,it was found that there was an abnormal turn-to-turn short circuit in the rotor winding.After passing the rotor direct resistance test,rotor AC impedance and power loss test data,the Recurrent Surge Oscilloscope(RSO)test was used to determine that there was an unstable turn-to-turn short circuit abnormality related to the shaft angle in the rotor winding.After disassembling the rotor on site,it was found that the abnormal position of the turn-to-turn short circuit was the same as the RSO test results,which verified that compared with other judgment methods,the RSO test has high sensitivity,convenient and fast,and can diagnose unstable turn-to-turn short circuit anomalies in the rotor winding effectively.
