发电机转子绕组匝间短路的故障分析 被引量:5

摘要 转子绕组匝间短路故障会造成发电机励磁电流增大、输出无功功率减小、转子振动加剧等不良影响,如不及时处理会给机组的安全运行带来巨大威胁,而解决这一问题必须先解决发电机转子绕组匝间短路的故障分析。针对某型隐极式同步发电机,应用交流电机的多回路理论,建立了该型发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障时的数学模型,并计算了与模型有关的所有回路电感参数。通过仿真和试验结果的对比验证了该方法的有效性,可准确计算故障时的电流等电气量,为发电机转子绕组匝间短路时的故障分析奠定了基础。 The inter-turn short circuit in rotor winding of generator will cause the field current to increase and reactive power output to decrease. It will also introduce the aggravation of vibration. Severe damage will be caused to the safe operation of the generator if such faults were not handled properly in a timely manner. In order to settle this question, fault analysis of inter-turn short circuit in rotor wingding must be solved. Based on the multi-loop theory , the math model of some generator was established, all of the inductances were calculated too. The validity and effectiveness of this method were verified by comparing simulation and experiment results, which could calculate electrical quantities accurately such as currents. This method provids good basis for fault analysis of inter-turn short circuit in rotorwingding.
