空分装置氧气控制阀的应用

摘要 空分装置的氧气管道在外输、放空过程中,由于氧气介质的危险特性,因此选择合适的控制阀比较关键。从执行机构手轮设置,阀体内部流速及压力关系,阀体的型式、阀内件及阀盖设计等方面,探讨了空分装置氧气管道控制阀的设计选型要求,并阐述了氧气管道控制阀有关氧清洗、包装、储存、运输及现场安装等过程中的注意事项,为该类装置的氧气管道控制阀选型设计提供了参考,保障装置的安全稳定运行。 In the process of external transportation and venting of the oxygen pipeline in the air separation unit,due to the hazardous characteristics of the oxygen medium,it is crucial to select an appropriate control valve.From setting of handwheel in actuator,relationships between velocity and pressure inside valve body,design of valve body's type,inner parts,bonnet,etc.,the design and selection requirements of the control valve for the oxygen pipeline in the air separation unit are discussed,and the precautions concerning the oxygen cleaning,packaging,storage,transportation and on-site installation of oxygen pipeline control valves are elaborated to provide reference for the selection and design of control valves in the oxygen pipeline in similar unit,and ensure the safety and stably operation of the unit.
