摘要
介绍了几种氧化铝输送方式优缺点,以及气垫带式输送机的设计选型要求。以云南某铝厂氧化铝输送项目为例,对四种输送方案进行比选,采用4条B1200型气垫带式输送机方案最优。性能测试结果表明:实际运行产能≥500 t/h,方案选型合理,可作为氧化铝输送方案的选型提供依据。
The advantages and disadvantages of several alumina conveying methods,as well as requirements for design and selection of air cushion belt conveyors were introduced.Taking a certain alumina conveying project in Yunnan as an example,four conveying plans were compared,and four B1200 air cushion belt conveyors were selected.The performance test results showed that the actual operating capacity was≥500 t/h and the plan selection was reasonable,thus providing basis for the selection of alumina conveying plans.
