基于PLC的井口节流装置的智能改造与应用

摘要 现有固定式油嘴在油井应用时,不及时调整油嘴大小易发生井控风险、油嘴频繁堵塞,拆卸更换油嘴工作量大,且存在泄漏污染、中毒风险等问题。研制出了一种自动可调节流装置,将传统固定口径油嘴改为可变通径型结构,采用伺服电机控制其流通面积,位移控制精度可达到0.02 mm,实现压力和流量闭环在线智能调节。应用结果表明,该节流装置能够根据压力变化实现智能自动调节过流面积大小,执行准确率100%,有效减少环境污染、产量损失,降低了油田开发井控风险,具有很高的推广价值。 When the existing fixed nozzles are used in oil Wells,well control risks,frequent oil nozzles clogging,heavy workload of disassembly and replacement of oil nozzles,leakage pollution,poisoning risks and other problems are easy to occur if the size of the fixed nozzles is not adjusted in time.An automatic regulating flow device is developed.The technology changes the traditional fixed diameter nozzle into a variable diameter structure,and a servo motor is used to control its flow area.The control displacement accuracy can reach 0.02 mm,the closed-loop online intelligent adjustment for pressure and flow is realized.The results show that the throttling device can automatically adjust the size of the flow area according to the pressure change.The execution accuracy is around 100%.It can effectively reduce the environmental pollution and production loss.The risk of well control in oilfield development is reduced.It is of high promotion value.
