摘要
苏里格气田高压气井远程自动开关井技术,在现有气井井口设备的基础上,对井口节流针阀进行改造升级,同时增加相应的控制机构。通过程序控制器和阀门开关控制器联动,实现对井口节流针阀的控制。通过监测井口实时运行参数,模拟人工现场开关井的操作过程,实现高压气井的远程仿人工开关井作业。
Remote automatic switching technology of high pressure wells, which uses the ex- isting wellhead equipments, is to renovate and upgrade the needle valve on the wellhead throttle, while increasing corresponding control mechanism. The linkage program controller and valve switching controller work together to control the wellhead throttle needle valve. To make the remote switching of high pressure gas wells works like the manual operation, each steps of wells' remote controlling must simulate the field artificial operation, basing on the monitoring of wellhead real-time operating parameters.
