摘要
后疫情时代下,我国医患关系实现了命运共同体的价值转归。本文通过总结我国医患关系发展的4个阶段和现况,从医患双方、体制机制、社会舆论、法律法规等层面梳理医患关系紧张的根源,从加强医学人文培训、转变公众认知、整合卫生服务体系、完善医事法律法规、建全医疗纠纷处理机制、强化媒体责任意识提出治理靶点,旨在为医患关系良性发展提供合理化路径。
In the post epidemic era,the doctor-patient relationship in China has realized the value transformation of a community of common destiny.This article summarizes the four stages and current situation of the development of doctor-patient relationship in China,and combs the root causes of the tension between doctors and patients from the aspects of both doctors and patients,institutional mechanisms,social public opinion,laws and regulations,and puts forward governance targets from strengthening medical humanistic training,changing public cognition,integrating health service system,improving medical laws and regulations,improving medical dispute handling mechanism,and strengthening the awareness of media responsibility,in order to provide a reasonable path for the benign development of doctor-patient relations.
