摘要
目的 :本文比较了乳香散与二甲双胍对 型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 :将单纯饮食控制不满意的 140例 型糖尿病病人随机分为两组 ,即乳香散治疗组 10 0例和二甲双胍治疗组 40例进行对照研究。结果 :乳香散治疗组对 型糖尿病病人临床症状的改善优于二甲双胍治疗组 (有效率为96 %和 75 % ,显效率为 5 2 %和 32 .5 % ;P<0 .0 5 ) ;两药均能降低血清 FBG,PBG和 Hb A1 C;两药降低血清 FBG和 PBG的幅度具有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;乳香散对降低 Hb A1 C优于二甲双胍 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;两药对血液流变学均有改善作用 ,乳香散治疗组优于二甲双胍治疗组 (P<0 .0 5 )
Objective:140 type Ⅱ DM patients,who were unsatisfied to diet control;were dividede to two group randomly.100 of them were treated by Ruxian gsan,while other by dimehylguanidine.Their therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The clinical symptom in Ruxian gsan group improved better than in dimethylguanidine group(obviously effective rate were 96% and 75%,effective rate 52% and 32.5% respectively,P<0.05);The serum FBG,PBG and HbA 1C were all reduced in two group (P<0.05);The HbA 1C in Ruxiangsan group decresed significantly than in dimethlgaunidine group (P<0.05);Conclusion:The hemorrheologic tests of the two group all improved,while the former was better than the later.
