摘要
目的探究中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力现状及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2023年6月至2024年6月于赣州市肿瘤医院接受诊治的160例肺癌患者的临床资料,收集所有患者一般资料、家庭复原力量表、简易应对方式问卷和家庭关怀度指数问卷量表,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力危险因素,分析不同应对方式和家庭关怀度中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力得分情况及中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力得分与应对方式和家庭关怀度相关性。结果单因素分析结果显示,不同文化程度、医疗付费方式、应对方式、家庭关怀度的中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、医疗付费方式、应对方式和家庭关怀度是中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力的影响因素(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,家庭复原力现状及与应对方式和家庭功能均呈显著正相关(r>0,P<0.001)。结论影响中青年肺癌患者家庭复原力的因素包括文化程度、医疗付费方式、应对方式和家庭关怀度,而应对方式和家庭功能均与患者家庭复原力呈显著正相关,临床可通过从患者应对方式和家庭入手,以提升患者家庭复原力,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the current status and factors influencing family resilience of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with lung cancer who were treated in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,collection of general information on all patients,the family resilience scale,the brief coping style questionnaire and the family care index questionnaire scales;multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting family resilience of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients,family resilience scores of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients with different coping styles and family caring degree were analyzed,and the correlation between family resilience scores and coping styles and family caring degree of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients was analyzed.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in family resilience scores among young and middle-aged lung cancer patients with different education levels,medical payment methods,coping styles and family caring degree(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,medical payment mode,coping style and family care were the risk factors affecting family resilience of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that family resilience was positively correlated with coping styles and family function(r>0,P<0.001).Conclusion Factors influencing family resilience of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients include education level,medical payment style,coping style and family caring degree,and both coping style and family function are significantly and positively correlated with patients'family resilience,which can be used clinically to enhance patients'family resilience and improve their prognosis by starting with patients'coping style and family.
