摘要
易地扶贫搬迁社区面临社区重组再造的困境,推进易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力的建设是当务之急,也是全面推进乡村振兴和巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的重点工作,更关乎实现共同富裕的进程。然而,目前国内外缺乏易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力的标准化测量工具。为此,在文献分析以及对社区干部、社区居民和专家的深度访谈基础上,编制易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力初始量表。通过项目分析、探索性因素分析以及验证性因素分析修订初始量表,最终形成的正式量表包括适应力、凝聚力和创造力3个维度,共29个项目。此外,还考察了易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力与社区感、邻里凝聚力、群体认同等效标变量的关系。易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力量表信效度良好,可作为易地扶贫搬迁社区复原力的有效测量工具。
The poverty alleviation relocation communities currently face the challenge of community reconstruction and rebuilding.Promoting the construction of resilience in these communities is an urgent task for stakeholders,as well as a pivotal task for the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization,involving the consolidation and expansion of the achievements of poverty alleviation.These communities also play a critical role in the pursuit of common prosperity.Yet,there is a lack of standardized measurement tools for assessing the resilience of poverty alleviation relocation communities both domestically and internationally.Therefore,the primary objective of this study is to develop a standardized measurement tool for evaluating the resilience of these communities.To achieve this,an initial questionnaire for measuring the resilience of poverty alleviation relocation communities was developed based on literature analysis and in-depth interviews with community cadres,residents,and experts.Through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis to revise the initial scale,the final formal scale consisted of three dimensions:Adaptability,Cohesion,and Creativity,with a total of 29 items.Furthermore,the research explored the relationships between the resilience of poverty alleviation relocation communities and various criterion variables,such as sense of community,neighbor cohesion,and group identity.The resilience scale for poverty alleviation relocation communities developed in this study demonstrates strong reliability and validity,making it a valuable tool for effectively measuring the resilience of such communities.
