摘要
我国农牧产业现代化步伐加快,需要大量领军人才,而现有专业学位研究生培养体系与产业需求适配性不强,难以支撑农牧产业领军人才培养。涉农高校在新农科建设中,应革新育人理念,深化协同育人机制,重构人才培养方案,优化组织管理方式,完善质量保障体系,改革考核评价方法,构筑新型培养体系。经过四年探索与实践,华中农业大学构筑了“三全五育,双融双协”现代农牧产业领军人才培养新体系,人才培养质量显著提高,丰富了新农科建设路径与方法。
The pace of modernization in China′s agriculture and animal husbandry industry is accelera-ting,and it requires a large number of leading talents.However,the existing professional degree gradu-ate training system does not align well with the needs of the industry and struggles to support the culti-vation of such talents in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry.In the construction of new agri-cultural science,agricultural colleges and universities should innovate the concept of education,deepen the collaborative education mechanism,reconstruct the talent cultivation plan,optimize the organization-al management mode,improve the quality assurance system,and reform the assessment and evaluation methods to build a new cultivation system.After four years of exploration and practice,Huazhong Agri-cultural University has successfully established a new cultivation system for leading talents in the mod-ern agriculture and animal husbandry industry.This system,known as“three-round all-personnel educa-tion,five-sphere integrated education,and double integration and double collaboration,”has significant-ly enhanced the quality of talent cultivation and enriched the approaches and methods for developing new agricultural disciplines.
